Key Tasks and Accountabilities


• In this role, you will support the delivery teams with uploading and downloading documentation onto the document management systems, raising document numbers carrying out electronic filing on shared drive.
• You will also be responsible for liaising with supply chain and delivery teams for outstanding paperwork.
• You will collaborate with the project team to ensure that Document Control protocols are adhered to, upskilling and sharing best practices with the wider team where required. You will encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership.
• You will support the escalation of any issues in respect of overdue and/or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders.
• You will be a valuable part of our delivery team. You will be instrumental in the delivery of full and complete documentation, to demonstrate our works a complete and correct as Nuclear Safety Culture is at the forefront of what we do.

Essential Requirements


• Experience of using an electric document management system
• Previous experience in an Administration role
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Good attention to detail
• Must hold a Full Driving License and have access to a vehicle
• CSCS Card.
