Baseline & Change Manager
Sizewell C
Location: Sizewell C, London (2-3 days per week onsite) with monthly travel to Ipswich, Suffolk.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £80,000- £85,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
Benefits:
28 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years, plus bank holidays
Up to 5% annual bonus
Up to 15% employer pension contribution

Sizewell C is one of the UK's most exciting infrastructure projects, and we're looking for a Baseline & Change Manager to join our growing Project Controls team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in maintaining programme baselines and leading the change management process on a project that will provide low-carbon energy for generations to come. Working across Project Controls, Risk, Cost, Commercial and Delivery teams, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and Civil Works Alliance partners to ensure changes are effectively assessed, governed and implemented across a complex, multi-billion-pound programme.
The Role
Reporting to the Baseline & Change Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting and facilitating the Change Management process, ensuring programme scope, schedule, cost and forecasts remain aligned with approved changes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and facilitating the Change Control and governance process.
Supporting Investment Change Committee (ICC) meetings and decision-making.
Managing programme baselines and ensuring approved changes are implemented accurately.
Reviewing and challenging change proposals, assessing impacts on scope, cost, schedule and risk.
Producing high-quality reporting and management information.
Advising Project Managers, Change Owners and Supply Chain teams on change governance.
Driving consistency, compliance and continuous improvement across change management processes.
About You
You'll bring:
Experience in Project Controls, Change Management, Commercial or Programme Management environments.
Strong knowledge of Change Control, governance, baseline management and project controls.
Understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), risk and commercial processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to influence and collaborate across large, complex organisations.
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable Experience
Major infrastructure, engineering or construction projects.
Managing change against approved baselines.
Contract administration and commercial processes.
Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Project Controls software and programme reporting.
