We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of activities across our major project environment. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will ensure all project tasks, workflows, and documentation are executed efficiently, accurately, and in-line with required governance and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their experience in project coordination while contributing to the successful delivery of high-value, complex projects. 


Location - Hinkley Point, Bridgewater

Work Rotation - Monday-Friday


What You’ll do


•    Coordinate with front-line teams to ensure all required equipment is prepared, available, and in place ahead of project activities 
•    Work with Project Managers by aligning project requirements with accurate allocation and timely procurement of required equipment
•    Assist the project team with transport logistics and planning activities, including support for major projects such as HPC
•    Act as a key communication link between front-line teams and the client, providing clear updates and adapting to changing needs
•    Maintain effective document control, overseeing procurement records, equipment allocation and associated project documentation
•    Demonstrate a proactive, “can-do” attitude and adapt to evolving business requirements. 


Skills & Experience

 
•    2-3 years’ experience providing administrative and project support in fast-paced environments
•    GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, demonstrating strong communication and numeracy skills
•    Confident using Microsoft Office applications with strong knowledge of Word and Excel
•    Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines 
•    Proactive and solutions-focused, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they escalate 
•    Experience building positive working relationships and supporting wider teams in achieving project goals
