Warehouse Administrator

Anchor Freight are now seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who has good communication skills and is keen to be part of a friendly and responsive team. This is a full time role and the successful candidate will need to live reasonably local to Ipswich.


The ideal candidate will:


•    Have the ability to work as part of team.
•    Have a professional mannerism when liaising with potential and existing clients.

•    Be competent on all Microsoft packages including Excel.
•    Have proven experience in an administrative role.  


Main duties: 


•    Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities.
•    Input inventory data ensuring accurate records are kept.

•    Arrange UK transport and collections from the port to our warehouse.
•    Raise weekly storage and handling invoices.
•    Coordinate with Anchor Freight’s customer base. 


We offer 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
