Transport Supervisor (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


- Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site
- Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues
- Handle customer queries and manage queues
- Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas
- Record passenger data and shift information accurately
- Support SPS values and teamwork across all operations
- Ensure compliance with company and safety standards


Requirements:


Full driving licence


Essential:


Supervisory experience
Confident with IT
Customer service or complaint-handling experience
Flexible to work shifts (24/7 operation)


Desirable:


Management experience
Knowledge of the transport sector
