Opportunity for a Transport Assistant (Sizewell C) working with Tru7 on the Sizewell C Project,
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination - Assist with planning vehicle movements and driver schedules.
- Compliance & Administration - Ensure vehicles and drivers meet legal and safety requirements.
- Driver Support - Be a key point of contact for drivers, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Fleet Management - Help monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and inspections.
- Record Keeping - Maintain accurate logs of journeys, maintenance, and compliance checks.
- Handle transport invoicing and sweeper invoicing.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on service schedules.
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance (a plus).
- IT skills - confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet administration (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
