Traffic Marshal/Plant & Vehicle Marshal

Job Responsibilities 


• Marshalling plant and construction vehicles safely around site
• Controlling vehicle movements, access and egress
• Directing deliveries to designated areas


The role will involve safely managing plant, vehicle and delivery movements within a busy major infrastructure environment, working closely with site teams to maintain safe access and traffic flow.
Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation
Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site teams
Supporting safe traffic flow around active work areas
Following site traffic management plans, RAMS and instructions
Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism


Qualifications 


Valid CPCS or NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshal / Traffic Marshal qualification
Appropriate CSCS card


Experience 


Previous experience in a Traffic Marshal / PVM role
Good communication skills and confident dealing with drivers and site teams
Strong health and safety awareness
