Technical Administrator (Sizewell C)

Job Responsibilities


Coordinate and manage day-to-day project administration activities.
Oversee the running and maintenance of project offices and facilities.
Manage office supplies, consumables and storage areas.
Support office security processes, including visitor access and vetting where required.
Liaise with IT teams to support office connectivity and equipment requirements.
Maintain project office registers and administration records.
Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) within the project finance system.
Manage document control systems, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain project time and attendance systems.
Coordinate plant registers, including on-hire, off-hire and equipment exchanges.
Maintain site asset registers.
Support site deliveries and booking-in procedures.
Provide general administrative support across all project departments.


Desirable Experience


While not essential, experience with any of the following would be advantageous:


Causeway
ECM
Oracle
Time and attendance systems
Plant or asset management systems
Working within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or highly regulated environments
Experience working on secure or controlled-access sites


Experience 


Previous experience in a Technical Administrator, Project Administrator or Site Administrator role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with document control and project administration systems.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy project environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
