Dalkia have an opportunity for a Workspace Coordinator to join their growing facilities management team at Sizewell.


Hours:


40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


Overview:


The Workplace Coordinator supports the smooth running of site operations by managing the allocation, auditing, and upkeep of workspace furniture such as desks and staff lockers. Working closely with the Workspace Manager, you will help ensure all workspace furniture is properly allocated, maintained, records are kept up to date, and site personnel receive an efficient customer service.


Main Responsibilities:


•    Allocate and oversee the distribution of workspace furniture to include desk's and personal lockers to all site personnel throughout the duration of the construction project.
•    Reassign lock codes or issue master keys when employees are unable to access their lockers.
•    Ensure all lockers are clearly numbered and properly maintained.
•    Assist in conducting regular (weekly and monthly) furniture audits as directed by the Workspace Manager.
•    Check that all furniture is in good working order, reporting any damage or faults promptly for repair.
•    Maintain furniture records logging data, updating records, and responding to furniture related email enquiries
•    Where staff leave and have lockers track any unreturned padlocks or keys.
•    Support Workspace Manager with the management of the reservations using the Matrix Desk Booking System to ensure efficient use of office space.
•    Deliver excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships with the client and contractors

Skills and Competencies


•    Excellent levels of customer service
•    Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
•    Good computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams,
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to act on own initiative
