Main Duties:


Lead the strategic coordination of water resources from design to operations, ensuring maximum project value.
Establish governance processes for managing all water-related works.
Oversee the transition of water resources from planning to delivery and from delivery to operations.
Implement improvements and maintain best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations, providing oversight of contractor activities.
Resolve any issues related to water management to facilitate the project's progression.
Champion safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards in the context of water-related works.
Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering cooperation across the project.
Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective coordination and compliance with client specifications, project timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the technical compliance and successful handover of water infrastructure to operations.


Requirements:


At least 10 years of experience in utilities design, management, and coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Significant experience in managing water-related works and associated installations.
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Industry-specific accreditations and a comprehensive understanding of technical specifications.


Desirable:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Expertise in water installations and large-scale utility management.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


Desirable:


Experience in high-compliance environments, such as nuclear projects.
Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of environmental management and sustainability practices.
