Tractor Driver (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


The successful candidate will operate tractors and related plant machinery to support the movement of materials, site preparation, and day-to-day logistics across this major infrastructure project.
Safely operate tractors and associated attachments (trailers, loaders, etc.) within the construction site.
Transport soil, aggregates, materials, and equipment around the site as directed.
Support groundworks, haulage, and muck-shifting operations.
Conduct daily vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and report defects promptly.
Adhere to all site safety rules, traffic management plans, and environmental standards.
Work alongside groundworkers, plant operators, and site managers to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general labouring duties when required.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Tractor Driver on construction or agricultural sites.
Strong awareness of health & safety practices on busy construction sites.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
Flexibility to undertake additional site duties as required.
Valid CPCS, NPORS or equivalent qualification for tractor operations.
CSCS card required.
