Dalkia have an opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our growing team supporting the facilities maintenance across Sizewell C.


General Overview


As a Technical Operations Manager at Dalkia, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical teams delivering maintenance operations across various disciplines within our clients' facilities. 
You will oversee day-to-day operational delivery, ensuring your teams achieve compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and Dalkia Safety Rules while maintaining the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations. You will conduct regular site visits to monitor operational delivery, assess team performance and ensure a positive Health and Safety environment and safe systems of work are maintained across all contracts through active supervision and auditing. You will be responsible for resource planning, workload allocation and coordination of maintenance activities to meet contractual obligations and client expectations. Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, you will represent Dalkia professionally while ensuring service delivery standards are consistently met.


Requirements:


A Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline is necessary


Experience 


•    Lead and managed a technical facilities maintenance team on a single contract 
•    Managed and delivered against KPI's / SLA's including financial and health and safety targets 
•    Developed and maintained a collaborative relationship with the client 
•    Driven and embedded an outstanding customer service culture 
•    Identified and implemented opportunities to deliver contract growth in financial gains and efficiencies 
•    Driven an innovative approach to efficiency measures / improvements 
•    Mobilised and demobilised contracts 
•    HV/LV AP
