Team administrator - Sizewell C (SZC) Project


Location: Sizewell C Construction Site, Suffolk

Contract Type: Full-time, Site-Based
Reports To: Site Project Manager / Site Office Manager

About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and organised Team administrator to join our project delivery team at the Sizewell C construction site. You will play a key role in supporting dayto-day site operations by providing high-quality administrative, onboarding, and 
coordination support to Project Managers, HR Manager, and site teams.
This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and a team spirit are essential.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with timesheet collation and tracking of team attendance, as well as allocation sheet for personal and plant.
  • Manage site correspondence, including incoming/outgoing mail and emails.
  • Format and prepare reports, minutes of meetings, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arrange and support internal meetings, toolbox talks, and project briefings.
  • Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and organise site visits for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the vetting process for all new site personnel, ensuring compliance with SZC security requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including arranging inductions, access passes, PPE distribution, and site familiarisation.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and liaise with HR, security, and site management teams to ensure smooth mobilisation.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the site office.
  • Support health, safety, and welfare initiatives (e.g., safety stand-down days, office inspections).
  • Act as a first point of contact for site-based queries from both internal and external contacts.
  • Help track action logs, outstanding deliverables, and site records.
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and project-related events, including venue bookings, catering, and preparation of materials.
  • Plan and execute team social events, such as office celebrations and team-building activities
  • Contribute to creating a positive, productive site office culture.


Qualifications – Key skills

 

  • Driving license and own car (mandatory)
  • Ability to collaboratively work with other teams
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise
  • Experience of office working
