Site Supervision:

  • Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress.
  • Health & Safety:
  • Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in resource planning and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives.

 


Qualifications:

 

  • HND/HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

 


Experience:

 

  • Experience as a Sub Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Nuclear New Build (NNB) standards is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
