Job Role 


• Develop and maintain skills pipelines through partnerships with colleges, training providers, employability organisations, and Jobcentre Plus.
• Lead apprenticeship, trainee, and workforce development programmes, ensuring effective pathways into employment.
• Deliver employment and skills-related Social Value commitments, including community engagement and veterans' employment initiatives.
• Coordinate and assure training, competence, induction, and mobilisation requirements.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence and support client reviews, inspections, and assurance activities.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Sizewell C Employment Affairs Unit on skills, Social Value, and performance matters.


Qualifications 


• Educated to A‑level standard or equivalent, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently).
• Qualification in leadership, management, training, employability or continuous improvement.
• Coaching or mentoring qualification.


Experience


• Experience in skills, training, apprenticeships, workforce development, or employability programmes.
• Background in training assurance, competence management, or mobilisation activities.
• Experience delivering or supporting Social Value initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, performance management, and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, or assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently).
