Site Manager (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Manage self-delivery teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Project Manager.
Drive a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on site.
Maintain excellent communication with design, engineering, and commercial teams.
Support workforce engagement and training to develop local skills.
Requirements:
Degree or HNC/HND
SMSTS/SSSTS
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Section Manager on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage self-delivery works.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, sustainability, and collaborative working.
