Opportunity for a Site Agent working with Danny Sullivan Group on the Sizewell C Project,


Main Duties:


Site Management:

 

  • Lead and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
  • Ensure all works align with technical specifications, designs, and contractual requirements.


Health & Safety:

 

  • Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to safety protocols, including regular audits and toolbox talks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.


Planning & Coordination:

 

  • Assist in short- and long-term project planning to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.


Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to provide updates on site progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all project personnel.


Documentation & Reporting:

 

  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, as-built documentation, and safety logs.
  • Prepare and submit project performance reports to senior management.


Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • HND/HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • SMSTS certification and CSCS card (Manager level preferred).
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Nuclear New Build (NNB) standards is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
