Opportunity for a Site Agent working with Danny Sullivan Group on the Sizewell C Project,
Main Duties:
Site Management:
- Lead and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
- Ensure all works align with technical specifications, designs, and contractual requirements.
Health & Safety:
- Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to safety protocols, including regular audits and toolbox talks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in short- and long-term project planning to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to provide updates on site progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with all project personnel.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, as-built documentation, and safety logs.
- Prepare and submit project performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications/Experience:
- HND/HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- SMSTS certification and CSCS card (Manager level preferred).
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (desirable).
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Nuclear New Build (NNB) standards is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large infrastructure projects.
