We are looking for an experienced Site Support / Administrator to join our AtkinsRéalis team on Sizewell C. AtkinsRéalis adopts a hybrid working policy, but this part-time role (approximately 16-20 hours per week) is intended to be office based in East Suffolk.

Your purpose (site support / administration)

• Coordinate visitor logistics and onboarding as required, including access arrangements, inductions, passes, PPE and practical travel/site information.
• Support internal site communications by sharing timely operational updates and key information with relevant teams.

• Plan and book required training and refresher sessions and maintain associated records.
• Manage accommodation and logistics reporting by monitoring occupancy/allocations, chasing updates when needed and liaising with colleagues.
• Coordinate site vehicle and transport administration where applicable, maintaining booking arrangements and basic compliance records (e.g., checks, mileage and servicing/MOT tracking).
• Provide administrative support to the wider project team, including meeting coordination, document control tasks (printing/binding/filing) and practical support to site engineering as required.
What you can bring
• Previous experience in office administration, site support or coordination roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), with confidence producing clear updates and reports.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
• Comfortable maintaining records, trackers and information in shared systems/databases.
• Professional communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders, handling sensitive information appropriately.
Why work for AtkinsRéalis?
• Project exposure: Join our Project & Programme Services team and expand your career on some of the industry's most exciting and newsworthy construction projects.
• Purpose-led work: Communities are at the heart of our work and our people are proud to be working towards a Net Zero Carbon future and regenerating cities across the UK.
• Development: We are committed to developing our people both personally and professionally, with access to a wide-ranging training portfolio and development activities. We also actively support staff in achieving corporate membership of relevant institutions.
