Senior Teams Organiser (Sizewell C)
Please note that this role is based on site 4 days a week
The Team Administrator role will support the SZC team by taking responsibility for maintaining administration tasks including but not limited to booking travel and accommodation, welcoming new starters, coordinating diaries, arranging events and initiating IT requests as required whilst monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, Support Director with day to day requirements, team planning, location logistics and wider team needs.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Experience of using Office 365
Essential
• Ability to collaboratively work with other teams
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise
• Experience of office working
• Excellent organisational skills
• Administration experience
