Job Responsibilities


 

1. Document Integration & Control


· Maintain a single, centralised, structured source of truth for all concrete-related documentation across Team Concrete.

· Index, file, classify, and version-control documents including pour records, approvals, technical data, and meeting outputs.

· Ensure consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and access permissions.

· Prevent document loss, duplication, or uncertainty regarding ownership or status.


2. Document Control (ITPs, RAMS, KPIs, Permits)


· Manage and maintain controlled copies of ITPs, RAMS, permits, KPIs, and service documentation.

· Ensure only current, approved versions are used by site and production teams.

· Track expiry dates, revisions, and outstanding approvals, escalating delays promptly.

· Prepare document packs for audits, pour readiness reviews, and weekly coordination meetings.


3. Traceability & Event Recording


· Log delivery tickets, delays, aborts, overruns, NCRs, rescheduling decisions, and timestamps.

· Maintain full traceability from pour planning through to delivery, testing, acceptance, and close-out.

· Ensure alignment between tickets, test results, pour cards, and daily concrete order sheets.

· Provide factual evidence to support technical, quality, or commercial queries.


4. Commercial Evidence & Reporting


· Compile service performance metrics, KPIs, and weekly/monthly concrete delivery statistics.

· Assemble evidence packs to support invoicing, cost recovery, and performance reviews.

· Maintain records required for premium charges.

· Support commercial teams with timely, accurate, auditable datasets.


5. Liability Protection


· Maintain full records of decisions, approvals, instructions, and escalations relating to concrete operations.

· Ensure traceability of who approved what, and when, for all pours and concrete orders.

· Provide evidence to support or defend against liability claims, including technical or commercial disputes.

 

6. Escalation Routing


· Identify missing approvals, clashes, overdue submissions, or out-of-date documents.

· Escalate risks early to the responsible leads (e.g., Production Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager).

· Prevent issues from surfacing under time pressure during live pours.

· Maintain logs of all escalations and responses.


Qualifications 


· Strong background in document control, administration, or project support within construction or engineering environments.

· High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.

· Proficiency with document management systems and digital filing structures.

· Ability to track, index, and control high-volume technical records.

· Excellent communication skills and confidence in chasing, escalating, and clarifying documentation issues.

· Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines while maintaining document integrity.


Experience 


 Experienced in concrete quality control and compliance procedures.

· Experience on large-scale infrastructure, nuclear, or regulated projects.

· Experience supporting operational teams (e.g., production, logistics, engineering, commercial).

· Familiarity with ordering and delivery control processes.

· Familiarity with ITPs, RAMS, NCRs, concrete testing documentation, and construction quality systems.
