Quality Management Lead

Hours: 40 hours per week


Rates: £410 PAYE to £570 UMBRELLA per day


Location: Based in Suffolk with potential London office work - Initially may be required to work at Hinkley Point C (Somerset)

 

Contract: Temporary

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Field View integrated construction management software system
  • Lead system administration, coordination, and user account management
  • Create and refine forms, drawings, and calibrations
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Field View
  • Drive continuous improvements in quality standards and compliance
  • Support training department in system utilization

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Construction, Quality, and IT Management
  • Proven experience managing IT/Quality on large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and software optimization
  • Knowledge of construction processes and information security
  • Ability to manage user behavior across large teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Desirable: Previous experience in nuclear industry
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality management
