QSHE Manager

Dalkia have a fantastic opportunity for a QSHE Manager to join our team at Sizewell C on a full-time, permanent basis.

 

The post-holder will be the main point of contact on all QSHE matters within our EDF contract, specifically on Sizewell site/s, and will provide support and advise the Operational and Projects Teams and deliver guidance and training where needed.


Hours of Work: 

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

 


Overview of Responsibilities:

  • To provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance and leadership to the Operation Team and the Projects Team.
  • Assist in actively improving QSHE standards.
  • Active intervention of any unsafe activities witnessed.
  • Advise on QSHE matters, including changes to legislation or Company standards.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance of risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Manage and carry out various QSHE Inspections for Operations and Projects.
  • Assist in maintaining QSHE records, as required.
  • Coach and mentor employees in QSHE Induction programmes and other training requirements.
  • Deliver briefings and presentations, where necessary.
  • Lead, manage and support a no-compromise approach to Health & Safety
  • Ensure quality and health and safety standards are achieved at all times, monitor by carrying out regular site audits.

 


Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma
  • PTLLS or equivalent

 


Experience:

  • Experience in CDM and Projects work
  • Background in Construction environment
  • Experience in an FM working environment
  • Worked within a QSHE role previously
