Main Duties:


· Assisting the HR PMO Manager in the capture and documentation of the HR service provisions and future state value streams.
· Following Sizewell C best practice guidelines in value stream mapping.
· Working out any service or process project risks, issues, opportunities, and interdependencies as they arise from the process mapping workshops
· Designing, planning, and delivering planning workshops for the completion of the HR service provisions value chains and interim as well as future state Sizewell C service value chains


Essential


· Educated to professional standard and membership of an appropriate body and to degree level or equivalent.
· Pro-active and able to thrive in a fast-past and dynamic environment
· Comfortable with challenging assumptions and processes in order to constantly improve project outcomes
· Experienced in working within Major Programme environment preferred
· Facilitation Skills
· Experience of process mapping techniques, such as process flowcharts, swimlanes, value stream mapping
· Experience in facilitating workshops with multiple subject matter experts and managing sensitivities during a period of transition


Desirable


· Demonstrable use of numerical and verbal communication skills within a business environment
· Experience in Production Management within complex programmes.
