Tru7 Group is looking to expand its network of experienced Self-Employed Plant Operators to support ongoing and upcoming works at Sizewell C.
We're looking for professional, safety-conscious operators who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
A Full Sizewell C Blue Pass is highly desirable, however we also welcome applications from experienced operators who do not currently hold a Blue Pass, as opportunities may still be available.
Qualifications
Minimum 12 months' experience operating construction plant.
Valid CPCS or NPORS Competent Operator cards relevant to the machinery you operate.
Full Sizewell C Blue Pass preferred but not essential.
Other major project passes (HS2, Hinkley Point, Anglian Water SPA, etc.) are advantageous.
Good understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work.
Ability to work effectively within a busy construction environment.
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Experience
Location: Sizewell C, Suffolk
Safely operate a range of heavy plant including:
360 Excavators
Dozers
Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs)
Rollers
Tractors
Loading Shovels
Telehandlers
Tracked Dumpers
Wheeled Excavators
3CX Backhoe Loaders
Carry out daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Complete excavation, earthworks, grading, material handling and compaction works safely and efficiently.
Work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and the wider site team to deliver works to programme.
Report any defects or issues with plant immediately.
Follow all site rules, permit requirements and health & safety procedures.
Complete all required documentation including daily inspections and activity records.
