Plant & Vehicle Coordinator (Sizewell C)

Job Role 


•    Ensure daily driver defect sheets are completed, logged, and escalated. 
•    Send defect reports to the correct fleet teams (vehicle vs. plant). 
•    Maintain defect registers and ensure technician sign off on rectified items. 
•    Coordinate with fleet workshops, fitters, and off site repair providers. 
•    Maintain SharePoint folders for each asset with all recorded defects.
•    Ensures asset management, maintenance, inspection, are understood and applied by internal teams and supply chain stakeholders.
•    Maintain fuel card register
•    Review and report on fuel usage including conformance with company rules 
•    Review and report on tracker data (idling, speeding, compliance)
•    Maintain PO log for hired vehicles
•    Be main point of contact for all vehicle and plant related issues at site

 

Qualifications 


The successful candidate must have or be willing to undertake a HS&E Qualification.


Experience 


The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a good, responsible attitude to work.

•    Good time management skills
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to follow procedures and work independently
•    Courteous, positive and motivated
•    Flexible approach to working environment and a supportive team member
•    Good problem solving and decision-making abilities
•    Relevant, role specific traffic management tickets
