Operations Manager (Sizewell C)


Job Information 


TCi (GB) Ltd provides commercial & industrial new-build construction, interior fit-out & refurbishment, office and welfare furniture supply and installation. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Operations Manager to work on a key local project in Leiston.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Lead on all project related Supply and Operations 
  • Lead, direct and manage service and business operations across the project
  • Contribute toward the achievement of TCi’s strategic and operational objectives
  • Production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets
  • Recruitment and management of staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators
  • Management and monitoring of budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances 
  • Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies 
  • Ensure that all jobs are dealt with in a cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
  • Perform quality controls and monitor KPI’s 
  • Responsible for managing HS&E across all operations under direct control
  • Responsible for management of associated project warehousing and stock


Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

 

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager
  • Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
  • Project management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management software 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
