Operations Coordinator (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


Provide coordination and administrative support for daily operational activities, including visitor access, room bookings, and general site logistics.
Manage the processing and purchasing of visitor passes, access permissions, and operational supplies as required.
Maintain accurate records of visitor access, room allocations, and resource usage within agreed systems and processes.
Monitor meeting room availability, manage booking schedules, and ensure spaces are prepared and equipped for use.
Support operational compliance by ensuring access requests, visitor approvals, and resource bookings follow relevant project and client requirements.
Assist with the coordination of site services and facilities, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
Request and track purchase orders for operational goods and services, ensuring procurement activity aligns with budget and governance processes.
Compile and produce operational reports, dashboards, and summaries to support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and project partners to manage deliveries, service requests, and operational dependencies.
Maintain strong working relationships with project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide a first-class operational support service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.


Requirements:


CITB HSE Operative Test (must be obtained before start date).
Excellent in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
Excellent Written, Verbal & Numeracy Skills.
Thorough and striving for high-quality work.
Excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to research and produce information.
Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white collar workforce
