Dalkia have an opportunity for a Move Coordinator at our Sizewell C site based near Leiston.


You will be an integral part of the site team in ensuring that the Sizewell C properties are planned and co-ordinated correctly, assisting the Space Planner with space utilisation and reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager.


Main Duties

 

  • Coordinate with Space Planner, move labour and the Facilities Operations Manager to plan and communicate all scheduled moves
  • Communicate clearly with client teams to meet their needs and deliver service with a high level of excellence
  • Schedule meetings / conference rooms (including specifics), maintain calendars, for move management team (primarily Managers and MAC Leads)
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
  • Manage one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations
  • Receive and manage all requests for end user moves
  • Carrying out all administration and reporting to support the effective running of our client contract
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Managing all queries from both internal and external customers and clients through to conclusion.


Qualifications or Required Experience

 

  • Good I.T. skills in Microsoft Office 365
  • Good level of physical fitness as may involve physical exertion in the transporting of various materials or equipment and may also require sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts and long hours when necessary
  • Role in similar position preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Highly motivated
  • Clean Driving License
  • Good client facing skills
