Job Responsibilities


Cafferty Construction are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our construction team starting 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating site logistics, managing deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure timely operations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movement
  • Ensure all site logistics comply with Health & Safety regulations
  • Use logistics management software and Microsoft Office tools to track schedules and deliveries
  • Support the site team with planning, traffic management, and storage solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Gold / Black CSCS card
  • SMSTS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Proven experience in construction logistics (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) practices and regulations
  • Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
