Main Duties:
The Construction Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing site-based
logistics to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to
construction teams. The role supports both the project programme and the Control Tower by translating
forecasts into on-the-ground logistics operations.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong background in logistics management within major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in supervising site logistics teams and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of construction programmes and how logistics supports delivery.
• Knowledge of site safety, traffic management, and abnormal load operations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving project environment.
Personal Attributes
• Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Clear communicator with strong leadership skills.
• Collaborative team player, able to influence contractors and stakeholders.
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
