Labour Coordinator (Sizewell C)

Job Responsibilities 


•    Maintain holiday records
•    Arrange and assist in RTW interviews
•    Maintain absence register
•    In association with training department, maintain training records
•    Arrange training as necessary with training department  
•    Act as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders 
•    Handle data entry and maintain accurate personnel records 
•    Oversee site personnel vetting, review competencies, arrange interviews, ensure compliance with standards, manage WIMS
•    Manage correspondence, reports and documentation 
•    Maintain filing systems (SharePoint, internal platforms) 
•    Coordinate job vacancy adverts with HR department
•    Main point of contact for all weekly paid staff issues at site


Qualifications


•    Administration Qualification (would be desirable for not essential)


Experience 


The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a good, responsible attitude to work.


•    Good organisational skills
•    Good time management skills
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to follow procedures and work independently
•    Courteous, positive and motivated
•    Flexible approach to working environment and a supportive team member
•    Good problem solving and decision-making abilities
•    Relevant, role specific traffic management tickets
