Junior Business Architect
Sizewell C

 

Location: Based in Suffolk on a hybrid basis with travel to other offices as required.   

Contract: Permanent, full-time. 

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits 

Benefits include: 

Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays. 
Bonus: 5% annual bonus. 
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Architect to support the development and optimisation of business architecture across the Sizewell C programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to large scale transformation, operating models, and strategic planning within a complex infrastructure environment.

 

About You

 

Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Understanding of business processes and organisational structures
Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (or similar)
