Job Role


•    Deliver consistent, professional customer service
•    Serve food and beverages in line with company and site standards
•    Operate tills and handle transactions accurately where required
•    Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas
•    Replenish counters and displays during service periods
•    Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
•    Comply fully with site security and health & safety requirements
•    Work closely with kitchen and catering colleagues to ensure smooth service
•    Represent the business positively at all times


Qualifications 


•    Previous Front of House or catering experience
•    Cash handling or till experience
•    Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)


Experience in contract catering, large sites, or secure environments
