Job title: FF&E Working Supervisor 
Location: SZC / Leiston 


TCi (GB) Ltd provides commercial & industrial new-build construction, interior fit-out & refurbishment, office and welfare furniture supply and installation.


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an FF&E Working Supervisor to work on a key local project in Leiston.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Office Works

 

  • Compose Risk and Method statements
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed and compliant for nominated projects (client feedback, Incoming inspections, non-conformances, snagging)
  • Coordination of all resources for nominated projects
  • Organise and manage own calendar
  • To attend and carry out asset labelling / site surveys on nominated projects
  • Provide logistical and administration support to all Furniture Works team
  • Use of client driven delivery booking systems


Onsite

 

  • Attend pre-start and site meetings for nominated projects
  • On site supervision / client liaison of nominated projects
  • Produce daily onsite progress reports (damages, concerns etc.) and report back to Line Manager
  • Supervise all FF&E Installation personnel and subcontractors on nominated projects
  • Ensure compliance of H&S policies and procedures on nominated projects
  • Ensure installation team sign daily time sheets
  • Off load and distribute deliveries from suppliers (some heavy lifting involved)
  • Delivery and installation of office furniture on site


Requirements:

 

  • Clean Driving License
  • Ability to pass D&A Testing and BPSS Vetting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Competence using basic hand tools
  • Experience in the assembly of office furniture
  • Right to work in the UK


Desirable:

 

  • CSCS card / HS&E Test
  • SSSTS qualification
  • Banksman trained
