Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators and supervisors to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist.
We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating the following plant:


Excavator


The right candidate will possess:

 

  • Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
  • Must have GPS experience.
  • Have a positive attitude towards safety.
  • Able to communicate well at all levels.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.


Rate of pay is £19 basic plus overtime and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC.

Qualifications/Experience :

  • 2 years minimum held in Plant Operative/Excavator Role
