Experienced Earthworks Supervisors (Sizewell C)

Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators and supervisors to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on a project at Suffolk coast, to operate and supervise the following plant:


Earthmoving Supervisor's


The right candidate will possess:

 

  • The correct accreditations to be able to carry out the role (see Qualifications section)
  • Able to give instructions in a clear manner and with authority
  • Have a positive attitude towards safety.
  • Able to communicate well at all levels.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Have excellent timekeeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Site vehicle is provided for daily use on site


Rate of pay is £22 basic plus overtime and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC.

Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • NVQ Level 3/ CSCS Gold card and SSSTS are essential, and a CPCS plant qualification is preferred
  • 2 years minimum held in a Supervisor Role
  • 5 years experience within Plant Operations
