Executive Committee Secretariat
Sizewell C
Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary In the region of £50,000k dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.
Closing Date: Thursday 18th June 2026.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Committee Secretariat to support the effective operation of the Executive Committee (ExCo). The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Executive Team
This is a high-profile role at the heart of the organisation, ensuring robust governance, efficient decision-making, and seamless coordination across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
About You
Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience in a Secretariat, governance, or Executive Assistant role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written communication, including minute-taking and report writing
Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
High level of discretion and professionalism
Desirable:
Experience in large-scale infrastructure, energy, or regulated industries
Knowledge of corporate governance best practices
