Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


The Role


As Executive Assistant to the Project Director and GSA Delivery Leadership Team, you'll be the organisational heartbeat of the project. You'll provide high‑level administrative, analytical, and logistical support to ensure leaders can operate at their best.


No two days will be the same - this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful milestones.


What You'll Be Doing


Overseeing multiple senior diaries and optimising schedules
Producing polished reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
Screening communications and responding on behalf of executives
Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel (UK & overseas)
Coordinating project events, community engagement, and charity initiatives
Running data analysis, reports, and supporting ad‑hoc project tasks
Building strong relationships across the project team and wider stakeholders
Keeping accurate and secure records, always ensuring confidentiality


Our ideal candidate will have:


Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator
Outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy team environment
Ability to build rapport at all levels, quickly and effectively
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail and high levels of discretion
A flexible, resilient, and forward‑thinking attitude
