Job Responsibilities
- Develop precise and professional estimates in alignment with established practices and policies.
- Lead pre-construction activities from tendering through to contract award and handover to the project team.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, procurement, and negotiations to ensure project success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support work-winning efforts.
Experience/Qualifications
- Must have 12months UK working experience within Civils, Groundworks or Earthworks estimating!
- Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction, ideally 3yrs min.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
