Environmental & Sustainability Manager - Civil Engineering


Venesky-Brown are looking to support a leading civil engineering contractor as they are seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Manager to drive E&S performance across multiple projects and shape the company's wider sustainability strategy.


Main Duties:


Lead project-specific environmental planning, compliance and reporting
Manage audits and engagement with regulators, clients and stakeholders
Develop practical, technical solutions to complex environmental challenges
Champion sustainable procurement and carbon-reduction initiatives
Support EMS/EnMS implementation and deliver environmental training across teams
Analyse E&S data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities


This is a high-impact role with the scope to influence standards, innovate across sites, and ensure projects meet legislative and client sustainability expectations.
