Early Careers Business Partner (Sizewell C)


Location: Suffolk (either Ipswich or Leiston) with occasional travel

Salary: £55,000 -£60,000 depending on experience
Contract type: Full time, permanent

As Early Careers Business Partner, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative programmes for apprentices, graduates, undergraduates, and interns. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every programme is best in class, inclusive, and aligned with strategic workforce needs.

What You’ll Do…


Design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with workforce planning.
Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers pathways.
Support line  managers with coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive early careers recruitment and onboarding processes


Our ideal candidate will have…


2 years minimum experience in an Early Careers Business Partner (or similar) role within a large business.
Strong understanding of how to run effective, inclusive, and varied early careers programmes (ranging from level 3 apprenticeships, internships, summer placements, industrial placements, to graduate level).
Previously designed and delivered early careers programmes.
Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law regarding Early Careers.
Ability to thrive in complex, fast changing environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Passion for supporting people at the start of their careers.
Strong English and maths literacy.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable, but not essential
