As an ESG Compliance and Reporting Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating and directing our ESG framework within the project. You'll ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 20400. Your role will be vital in driving sustainability and continuous improvement through internal audits and data reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement a fit-for-purpose ESG compliance strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and development consent orders.
  • Develop and continually improve a management system covering all ESG elements.
  • Conduct internal audits to promote and implement sustainability improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and share best practices across the programme.
  • Manage ESG KPIs and incentives, and support client-led initiatives and trials.
  • Lead on specific ESG/Sustainability commitments, elevating risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Degree, or relevant experience within ESG.
  • Experience in the construction industry, specifically in an ESG or Environmental/Sustainability compliance role.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to influence ESG practices within organizations.
  • Experience in implementing ISO 14001.
