Job Role 


• Operate dozers to carry out grading, levelling, pushing materials, backfilling, and general site preparation duties.
• Assist with clearing and preparing work areas in line with project plans and supervisor instructions.
• Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure the machine is safe and fully operational.
• Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and other plant operators to ensure duties are completed efficiently.
• Follow all site health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures while carrying out earthmoving tasks.
• Manage the movement and spreading of soil, stone, and other materials while maintaining accurate levels and reducing waste.
• Identify minor faults or operational issues and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Record daily machine checks and report completed work as required by site management.


Qualifications 


• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for Dozers


Experience 


• Previous experience operating dozers on construction, earthworks, or civil engineering projects.
• Good understanding of grading, levelling, and safe material handling on site.
