Document Controller (Sizewell C)

What's in it for you? As a Document Controller with the CWA, you will be at the heart of our document control operations, ensuring the seamless management and flow of critical project information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Document Management: You'll handle the registration, dispatch, filing, and archiving of all formal documents within the CWA & SZC Client Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure documents meet compliance standards, track reviews and approvals, and manage quality records throughout the project.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and document acceptance.
  • Training & Support: Train and support supplier and delivery teams on document control processes and EDMS tools.
  • System Improvements: Implement and monitor system improvements, ensuring they are correctly applied and maintained.


Qualifications

  • Solid experience in document control and information management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with EDMS tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support teams effectively.


Experience

  • Experience with major construction projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 9001 principles.
  • Familiarity with the Asite document control system.
