What's in it for you? As a Document Controller with the CWA, you will be at the heart of our document control operations, ensuring the seamless management and flow of critical project information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Document Management: You'll handle the registration, dispatch, filing, and archiving of all formal documents within the CWA & SZC Client Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure documents meet compliance standards, track reviews and approvals, and manage quality records throughout the project.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and document acceptance.
- Training & Support: Train and support supplier and delivery teams on document control processes and EDMS tools.
- System Improvements: Implement and monitor system improvements, ensuring they are correctly applied and maintained.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in document control and information management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with EDMS tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support teams effectively.
Experience
- Experience with major construction projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and ISO 9001 principles.
- Familiarity with the Asite document control system.
