Opportunity for a Document Controller working with Mactech on the Sizewell C Project,


Main Duties : 

 

  • Establish and maintain an effective document control system, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve documents, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support business operations by coordinating activities, maintaining records and databases, and assisting in the development and implementation of business processes.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, supporting project managers with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control, administration, business support, and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
