Daily Rates: £450 - £675

 


Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support functional Project Controls leads in developing integrated Project Controls processes
  • Deputize for the Head of Programme Controls at key meetings including Change Committee and Project Performance Reviews
  • Assist with establishing Project Controls arrangements, systems, tools, and work instructions
  • Coordinate PMO-led activities including annual budget planning and schedule deep-dives
  • Support reporting processes including schedule updates and variance identification
  • Ensure timely production of high-quality functional month-end Performance Reports
  • Implement effective lines of defense assurance process for Project Controls functions
  • Lead, coach, and support senior Project Controls resources
  • Drive innovation to make Project Controls activities "Digital by Default"

 


Qualifications

 

  • Degree or equivalent in business analysis, accounting, finance, construction, engineering, or project management
  • Track record as Project Controls Director on large infrastructure projects
  • Experience across multiple Project Controls functions: cost control, estimating, scheduling, change management, and risk management
  • Strong understanding of earned value analysis
  • Experience managing teams in matrix structures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders
