Location: London (hybrid working arrangements).

Employment type: Permanent full-time/ part-time.
Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full- time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible.

We are searching for a Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager to drive the digital future of our Nuclear Island (NI) and Conventional Island & Balance of Plant (CI-BOP) programmes, helping to shape the technology landscape of this groundbreaking project.

As the Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, working with senior leadership to define and execute a cutting-edge Digitalisation Plan. You’ll bridge the gap between key teams, making sure that every digital move we make aligns with Sizewell C’s ambitious goals. What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Driving Digital Innovation: Lead the creation and implementation of our Programme Digitalisation Plan, ensuring we deliver “digital by default” solutions across the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including UK Government, regulators, and top-tier suppliers, ensuring alignment with national infrastructure performance roadmaps.
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as the key interface between Programme Directors and our PMO Data & Information Management team, ensuring every digital initiative reflects the latest in technology-driven project delivery.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Keep leadership teams informed by providing regular updates on progress, risks, opportunities, and resource gaps in the delivery of the Programme Digitalisation Plan.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Engage with internal and external teams to ensure successful integration of digital strategies into every aspect of the Sizewell C programme.


What we’re looking for:

 

  • Experience in Data & Information Project Management on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a passion for digital transformation.
  • A deep understanding of project lifecycle management and the challenges faced in infrastructure delivery.
  • Change management experience to support the transition to a digitally led future.
  • A visionary mindset: you understand the power of data and technology to revolutionize project delivery.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, making informed decisions in a dynamic and complex environment.
