Cost Controller

Main Duties : 

 

  • Providing administrative and organisational support for Commercial Team.
  • Contract Cost data input, timesheet completion and issue to suppliers
  • Assist with and oversee the following:
  • Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
  • Preparation of weekly timesheets as required
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Document creation
  • Liaise with other site teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of shared data.
  • Provide general support to other teams as required to maintain the integrity of data.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Filing important documentation away correctly
  • Providing support to other members of the team when required


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
