Main Duties :
- Providing administrative and organisational support for Commercial Team.
- Contract Cost data input, timesheet completion and issue to suppliers
- Assist with and oversee the following:
- Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
- Preparation of weekly timesheets as required
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Document creation
- Liaise with other site teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of shared data.
- Provide general support to other teams as required to maintain the integrity of data.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Filing important documentation away correctly
- Providing support to other members of the team when required
Qualifications/Experience :
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
