Construction Change Manager (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


· Lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency in approach.
· Manage internal change activities and coordinate with technical, commercial, and delivery stakeholders to assess and implement change.
· Own the end-to-end lifecycle of change types including, but not limited to:
    · SZC Direction, Instruction, Variation or AE
    · CWA Proposal for Variation
    · CWA Variation Impact Report
    · Client Variations
    · CWA Notifications
    · Compensation Events
    · Subcontractor Notifications of Compensation Events
    · Budget Transfers
    · Recovery Plans
    · Annual Milestones
    · CWA Design Changes
    · Changes to Construction Methodology
    · Changes to Sourcing Strategies
    · Contingency and Risk Drawdowns
    · Forecast Trends
· Ensure all relevant due diligence is completed prior to change approval.
· Coordinate interrelated changes across Sections to maintain programme and cost integrity.
· Support strategic decision-making by integrating cost, time, risk, and contract constraints.
· Maintain accurate records and justifications for audit and reporting purposes.
· Promote transparency and trust with the Client through clear communication and documentation.
· Protect the integrity of the CWA PAA Cost and Programme Envelopes.
· Retain and leverage change knowledge to inform future planning and decision-making.
· Actively participate in the CWA's PMO Leadership Team


Requirements:


· APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner or equivalent
· MRISC preferred.
· At least 12-15 years leading project controls on complex and mega infrastructure projects and programmes of works working for leading international tier 1 contractors.
· Experience running contract, cost and EVM systems e.g., PRISM, Unifier and InEight.
