Concrete Finisher

Job Responsibilities 


Carry out all aspects of concrete finishing, including levelling, tamping, floating, edging and finishing to the required specification.
Repair and finish concrete surfaces to achieve the required quality standards.
Assist with the placement, compaction and curing of concrete.
Work safely around reinforced concrete structures and temporary works.
Support general civils and groundworks activities when concrete finishing works are not taking place.
Read and work from drawings and site instructions where required.
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all site health, safety and environmental procedures.
Work effectively as part of a site team to meet programme deadlines.


Qualifications 


Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Concrete Finisher, Specialist Concrete Occupations, or another relevant skilled occupation)
Valid CITB HSE Test


Experience 


Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher on major civil engineering or heavy infrastructure projects.
Experience in reinforced concrete works and high-quality concrete finishing.
Willingness to assist with general civils and groundworks activities as required.
